About the Role

This position is responsible for driving business growth and development for Tokio Marine HCC's Cyber & Professional Lines Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Cyber & Professional Lines Group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Business Development and other executives to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tokio Marine HCC's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support business development efforts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and prospect interactions, marketing campaigns, and business opportunities in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant and progressive business development experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in wholesale and/or retail business.
