About the Role

The Chicago Lighthouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving organizational growth and identifying new sales opportunities for our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to cross-sell products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track leads in CRM and create sales reports to measure performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or with a focus on selling innovative products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Ability One and Federal programs and state use contracts.
