The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in business development, specifically in the healthcare industry. As a Director of Business Development for Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving effective experience strategy for our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients at the brand and corporate director levels to build strong relationships and drive business development.
- Take a leadership position to assist clients in redefining their vision and delivering experience transformations that create value for their core customer engagements.
- Work with clients to identify key external and internal needs that lead to new business opportunities.
- Lead a working group team in new business efforts and provide proactive ideas that impact client corporate and brand goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Contribute to developing new business opportunities, proposals, and presentations that further the growth of the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing strategy and consulting partners to prepare and present vision, ideas, and recommendations to C-Level executives.
- Set new business and sales goals and report on them quarterly.
- Drive TCS Thought Leadership and Innovation agenda by demonstrating expertise in current and emerging industry strategic digital and marketing trends.
- BA in business, marketing, or related fields, and MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 13+ years of combined experience in account management in the healthcare industry, focusing on advancing client business.
- 10+ years of leading and managing groups and/or teams of client services professionals.
- A proven track record of driving client new business.
- Strong financial acumen related to estimating and budgeting managed budgets, estimates for ongoing engagements.
- A deep appreciation for Experience Transformation and what is required to drive client internal operations and customer engagement marketing.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust for client and internal pitches and proposals.
- Have deep experience, skills collaborating effectively with people and other groups.
- Strong appreciation of data and analytics, and uncovering and driving customer insights.
- Demonstrate a consistent over-achievement of client deliverables.
- Demonstrate and execute the balance of risk management and expedient decision making.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office.
