Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are in search of a B2B Sales Account Executive who will take charge of identifying and securing revenue opportunities with both existing and potential clients for Cortavo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive, enthusiasm, and a proven track record in a B2B sales setting. This role requires a proactive individual who prioritizes client relationships and demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by leveraging expertise in the company's technology services and their advantages.
  • Engage with current and prospective accounts to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts to gather firmographic data and collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted messaging.
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure effective service delivery and address common issues to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ensure client accounts are well-managed and in good standing.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads and manage the sales process.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales opportunities in the CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Consistently present and position the company's technical services to demonstrate their value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 3 years in a Hunter/Closer role.
  • 2 years of experience in cold calling.
  • 3 years of experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Ability to connect with key decision-makers and influencers to close sales.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and selling additional services.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong self-motivation, ambition, and determination.
  • High resilience and capability to handle rejection.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Effective self-management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
