Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated B2B Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing revenue opportunities with both existing and prospective clients for Cortavo. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of enthusiasm, determination, and a strong desire for achievement, along with a solid background in B2B sales. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, client-oriented, and prepared to surpass expectations. You should demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, exude positivity, and possess innovative thinking. Your focus should be on customer satisfaction and business expansion. As a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, which includes managing leads, arranging meetings, drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of the Company's technology services
  • Engage with current and prospective accounts to identify, evaluate, and secure opportunities
  • Analyze account information and collaborate with marketing teams for tailored messaging
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and promptly address client concerns
  • Foster strong client relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads, negotiate agreements, and maintain client records in CRM systems
  • Effectively present and promote the Company's technical services to demonstrate their value to clients
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a relevant degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 3 years in a Hunter/Closer role
  • 2 years of experience in cold calling
  • 3 years of experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Proven ability to engage with key decision-makers to close sales
  • Track record of developing account relationships and cross-selling additional services
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • High levels of motivation, ambition, and resilience
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Effective self-management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent listening abilities and attention to detail
