About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our sales and operations team at National Corporate Housing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Achieve year-round profitability of the market, drive business development, and lead the success of the business development team.
  • Team Management: Hire, manage, and develop high-potential associates, lead and manage sales and operations team members, and hold them accountable for achieving business objectives.
  • Operations: Manage budgets and P&L, review and acquire new housing inventory, perform periodic inspections to ensure inventory meets standards, and maintain marketing materials for the market.
  • Customer Service: Achieve guest satisfaction survey score goals, review client and guest relations issues, and resolve them when necessary.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven history of success managing both sales and operations-focused team members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is ideal, with management experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel, or real estate being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Competitive Compensation: $83,000 - $99,000 base salary, with an annual performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the market's net income.
