About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Cortavo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise in our technology services to explore new business opportunities and prospect within current and future accounts to pinpoint, assess, and secure opportunities.
  • Account Management: Analyze account data and collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted messaging, ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting or surpassing sales targets regularly, and schedule meetings with qualified leads, negotiate deals, and maintain client data in CRM systems.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of a relevant degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Hunter/Closer role, and 2 years of cold calling expertise.
  • CRM Experience: 3 years of CRM usage, preferably Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working with small enterprises.
  • Closing Deals: Demonstrated ability to engage with key decision-makers to close deals.
  • Account Relationships: Track record of building account relationships and cross-selling additional services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Soft Skills: High levels of motivation, ambition, and resilience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, effective self-management and prioritization abilities, excellent listening skills, and keen attention to detail.
