Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Nortem America Corp. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our premium range of architectural façade materials.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Residential, Retail, Construction, Interior Design, and Architectural sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors, and other key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Provide product knowledge and expertise to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements.
  • Conduct on-site visits and presentations to showcase our premium products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, design or building materials industry.
  • Familiarity with Cladding, Siding, and Construction Industry products is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation Package:

$60,000 per year + commission pay. Benefits package available for In-House full-time employees.
