Key Responsibilities:

  • Be coachable and demonstrate learned sales skills and abilities

In addition, you will also be responsible for promoting positivity and creative thinking to help your team's sales and customer service processes.

This internship offers various benefits, including the potential to earn an average of $13,000-$26,000 in commission during the first year, with opportunities to improve commission by more than 40% upon returning. Multiple extra bonuses, competitions, incentives/prizes, and networking opportunities are available.

Shift - Actions, Perspective, Future offers housing and furniture setup for interns in our markets upon internship acceptance. Additionally, there is a potential full-time hire upon completion of the internship. You will have the chance to network with like-minded individuals from all over the country.
