Role Summary

We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual with a passion for shooting and hunting, coupled with experience in external sales and/or merchandising, to take on the role of Field Sales Executive in the Ohio River Valley Region.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with fostering and sustaining profitable relationships while maximizing sales opportunities with our existing clientele, as well as identifying and pursuing new accounts. You will serve as the external representative and brand ambassador for Davidsons, showcasing expertise and a commitment to service that enhances customer satisfaction and drives mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the face of the Davidsons brand by promoting products and services to both current and prospective clients.
  • Highlighting the advantages and features of the Davidsons GuaranteeD program and the Gallery of Guns platform.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the sales management team, providing regular updates to ensure sales and client goals are achieved.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the dealer network within your territory, beyond just the top accounts, by offering prospecting reports, account development strategies, and sales forecasts for potential growth.
  • Providing technical assistance to our online customers.
  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities through diligent reporting and feedback.
