Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Membership Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly membership sales goals, ensuring a superior experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and tour guests, fostering relationships and engaging guests in their interests
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Membership Sales Manager to drive the club's success and maintain exceptional service standards
  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Membership Sales Manager
Requirements
  • A strong passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week over five days with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
