In this position, you will:

  • Meet sales targets for Ford Pro offerings
  • Broaden the customer base by acquiring new commercial fleets and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Boost wholesale parts sales
  • Encourage repair order and service loyalty growth
  • Enroll clients in programs and assist them in achieving their goals
  • Identify bidding opportunities and support in proposal submissions
  • Work alongside dealership outside sales representatives for travel
  • Gather VIN lists from fleet customers
  • Respond to marketing-generated prospect activities
  • Identify software and additional service opportunities

Essential Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional sales capabilities with an emphasis on effectively promoting products and services, creating mutually beneficial solutions for clients
  • Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge: Articulate the advantages of fleet solutions to prospective clients
  • Industry Acumen: Maintain a thorough understanding of the fleet management sector and its developments
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships
  • Analytical Proficiency: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and stimulate sales growth

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commission-based sales with an emphasis on cold outreach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet or commercial automotive sectors
  • Background in solutions-oriented selling
