Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as insurance, financial services, or sales.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Knowledge of insurance and financial products and services.
    • Ability to develop and implement customized financial plans.
    • Strong business development and sales skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension plan. Our average income for agents who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $115,917 in 2022.
