Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for providing leadership to business areas regarding key organizational projects in support of business-directed software applications. This includes:

  • Leading system selection and implementation efforts.
  • Supporting business case analysis and project-related training, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Assisting in developing and testing business continuity plans.
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements and new technologies to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development, and/or automated financial systems development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with internal and external partners.
  • A strong track record of successfully leading project teams in the selection and implementation of complex technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb organization skills and keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to partner and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work independently.
