Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our market presence
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, referral partners, and other industry professionals
  • Assist in the compilation of lead generation and business development reports
  • Develop and implement measures to evaluate the effectiveness of business relationship building
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Four-year college degree in business, finance, or a related field
