Position Overview:

Under general supervision, Senior Sales Specialists provide expert guidance and education to each customer regarding their unique cannabis needs. Retail Consultants assist every client to ensure they receive the appropriate products that will best support their specific health conditions. In markets with adult-use options, Retail Consultants are expected to deliver outstanding customer service while embodying the Company's core values and culture. The Senior Sales Specialist collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continuously adapting. Senior Sales Specialists act as pivotal leaders within the dispensary and may be tasked with responsibilities such as opening, closing, and managing inventory.

Compensation: $21.00/hr + benefits

Key Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all intake forms and related documentation are accurately completed and filed, followed by entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.

• Verifying customer purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and dispensary.

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Addressing inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general information through calls or emails.

• Managing patient records using state and company databases.

• Maintaining and updating databases as necessary.

• Fulfilling customer orders efficiently.

• Responsible for the promotion and sales of all product offerings.

• Building and sustaining a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • A minimum of 4 years of direct customer service experience required.

    • Retail experience is preferred.

    • Experience as a key holder or in a leadership role is preferred.

    • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.

    • Proficient understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
