Position Overview:

Under general supervision, Senior Retail Specialists provide guidance and education to each customer regarding their individual cannabis needs. Lead Sales Associates assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best benefit their specific illness and medical condition. In adult-use markets, these associates are expected to deliver exceptional customer service while embodying the Company's core values and culture. The Senior Retail Specialist collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continuously evolving.

Compensation: $21.00/hour + benefits

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all intake forms and other documentation are accurately completed and filed, subsequently entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.

• Verifying patient purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and dispensary.

• Delivering outstanding Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Addressing inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general information via calls or emails.

• Managing patient records through the use of state and company databases.

• Maintaining and updating databases as necessary.

• Processing customer orders efficiently.

• Responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.

• Establishing and upholding a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• 4 years of direct customer service experience required.

• Retail experience preferred.

• Experience as a key holder or lead preferred.

• Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.

• Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
