Sales Consultants assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best address their specific health conditions.

In adult-use markets, Sales Representatives are expected to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the Company's core values and culture.

The Retail Sales Representative collaborates closely with the dispensing facility leadership to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continually evolving.


Compensation: $17.00/hr + benefits

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all intake forms and related documentation are accurately completed and filed appropriately,
then entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.

  • Verifying patient purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and
dispensary.

  • Delivering exceptional Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer
relationships.

  • Responding to inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general
information.

  • Managing patient records through the use of state and company databases.
  • Updating and maintaining databases as necessary.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.
  • Building and maintaining a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of direct customer service experience required.
  • Retail experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft
