Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring timely and effective case resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including web, chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, using diagnostic tools and collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to technical problems.
  • Contribute to process and product improvements, providing input from a technical perspective.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with ease and complexity.
  • Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code.
  • Ability to explain solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
