Los Especialistas en Relaciones con Clientes son responsables de gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas, correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto de manera oportuna. Identifican las necesidades del cliente y proporcionan información sobre la disponibilidad de reservas de servicio. Colaboran con los asesores de servicio, investigan problemas y ofrecen soluciones o alternativas.

Funciones y responsabilidades esenciales
  • Gestionar grandes volúmenes de llamadas, correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto de manera eficiente. Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proporcionar información sobre citas de servicio.
  • Colaborar con los asesores de servicio para asistir a los clientes, investigar problemas y ofrecer soluciones o alternativas.
  • Responder rápidamente a consultas por internet, teléfono y chat en vivo utilizando correos electrónicos, guiones y plantillas.
  • Participar en sesiones de capacitación de equipo y procesos, manteniendo relaciones positivas con compañeros, equipos de ventas y la dirección del concesionario.
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional de manera profesional y cortés.
  • Colaborar con los gerentes de marca para gestionar la carga de trabajo diaria dentro del departamento de servicio en relación con las reservas.
  • Contactar y comunicarse con los clientes para identificar sus necesidades de servicio.
  • Gestionar la información de contacto de los clientes dentro del CRM.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.
  • Proporcionar información sobre programas de transporte alternativo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario flexible, incluyendo rotación los sábados.
Requisitos físicos: Se requiere estar sentado en un terminal de computadora durante períodos prolongados, utilizar las manos para operar un teclado y teléfono, y la capacidad de estar de pie/caminar según sea necesario. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales de este puesto.
