The impact of this position is primarily confined to the immediate team through the quality of tasks and services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office while monitoring the performance of money managers and providing monthly updates.
  • Deliver exceptional support to Securities Specialists, which includes client market updates, managing new account openings and modifications, documentation approvals, wire transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, and Executive Financial Services requests.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with the client base, ensuring familiarity with target clients for various investment products and services.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, effectively screening and prioritizing inquiries while taking initiative in addressing client needs.
  • Depending on the business model, collaborate with the Private Banking Universe, including Private Bankers, Relationship Officers, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists, and/or Wealth Team members such as Advisors and Relationship Managers.
  • Evaluate risks in business decisions, demonstrating careful consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and business practices, and managing control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
