Job Overview

Client Relations Specialist - Wealth Management

Provide exceptional support to Financial Advisors catering to Ultra High Net Worth clients within a dynamic Wealth Management environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in client services, encompassing account setup, maintenance, wire transfers, and asset management.
  • Prior experience in a wealth management firm, family office, or financial services organization is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

DESIRABLE SKILLS (advantageous)

Candidates with the following experience may qualify for a higher salary range:

  • Legal background or relevant experience.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze estate planning documents and corporate structures (LLCs, Corporations, and Offshore Entities).
  • Experience in liaising with attorneys and registered agents to facilitate structural changes, KYC updates, and fulfill various jurisdictional filing requirements.
  • Capability to collaborate with accountants to ensure timely completion of clients' filing obligations.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANIZATION:

  • Oversee the comprehensive process and communication with private equity funds regarding new subscriptions and necessary updates, ensuring all required documentation is provided.
  • Guarantee prompt responses to all client inquiries and correspondence.
  • Assist Wealth Managers and Associate Wealth Managers in their client-related activities.
  • Conduct administrative reviews of all client relationships to identify and update pertinent information.
