We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to spearhead our dynamic Talent Acquisition division. This position will concentrate on directing high-volume recruitment efforts, orchestrating hiring events, overseeing a team of three recruiters, and managing an offshore shared services group. You will play a pivotal role in achieving weekly hiring objectives while ensuring compliance and budget adherence. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and improving the candidate experience through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve designated hiring goals while continuously assessing team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure precise tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics, utilizing insights to refine processes—this is a critical aspect of the role.
  • Monitor essential metrics such as show rates, offer conversion rates, weekly offer targets, rejection rates, and others as necessary.
  • Actively support recruiters by participating in interviews, events, and candidate assistance as required.
  • Adapt to shifting business needs with flexibility and agility.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aimed at enhancing candidate quality and building a robust pipeline for high-volume recruitment.
  • Maintain full compliance with all recruitment processes and relevant federal/state regulations.
  • Oversee team performance while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Encourage a supportive team culture, leading recognition initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
  • Contribute to various recruitment projects and initiatives within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Keep primary and secondary data on market wage analysis and talent pipeline dynamics.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Atlanta job market.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with innovative Talent Acquisition tools and generative AI is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in an office setting five days a week.
