Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership, hiring managers, and HR to assess current and future staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Deliver high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting activities to ensure staffing needs are met and roles are filled with top talent.
  • Act as a player-coach to Recruiter(s), inspiring a highly effective and efficient recruiting team and processes.
  • Ensure the recruiting team is engaged and aligned with the business and its needs.
  • Provide frequent communication, feedback, insights, and guidance to assist hiring managers in navigating the talent market, candidate pool, and selection process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, including time to fill, hiring targets, quality of hire metrics, and survey satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success with high-volume recruiting and building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Skilled in collecting recruiting-related data and creating informative reports.
  • Previous leadership and team member coaching and training experience preferred.
