We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This position will emphasize managing high-volume recruitment efforts, orchestrating hiring events, and supervising a team of three recruiters, along with an offshore shared services team. You will play a crucial role in achieving weekly hiring objectives while ensuring compliance and budget adherence. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and improving the candidate experience through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve designated hiring goals while continuously assessing team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure precise tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics, utilizing insights to refine processes—this is a vital aspect of the role.
- Monitor metrics such as show rates, offer conversion rates, weekly offer targets, rejection rates, and other relevant indicators.
- Actively support recruiters by participating in interviews, events, and assisting candidates as necessary.
- Adapt to changing business needs by working flexibly and shifting priorities as required.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aimed at enhancing candidate quality and building a robust pipeline for high-volume recruitment.
- Maintain full compliance with recruitment processes and federal/state regulations.
- Oversee team performance and foster a positive, energetic work environment.
- Encourage a supportive team culture, implementing recognition initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
- Contribute to various recruitment projects and initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate closely with operations leaders and internal stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
- Keep primary and secondary data on market wage analysis and talent pipeline dynamics.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Atlanta job market.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced Talent Acquisition tools and generative AI is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in-office five days a week.
