High Volume Recruiting Lead

About the Role:
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for managing a team of recruiters to drive hiring in a high-volume environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, leading a team of recruiters, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to drive business results
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of business development initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and analyze reporting and performance metrics to inform recruitment strategies
- Lead improvement projects to enhance the candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through training, development, and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required
- 6+ years of Recruiting/HR experience in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope
- 4+ years of leading a team of recruiters in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope
- Demonstrated ability to drive hiring in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical behaviors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and change management experience is necessary to thrive in this busy environment
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Leader
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and engaging
- Proficient in the use of social media, aggregators, and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Core knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding talent acquisition
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (UKGPro preferred)
- Proficient in use and knowledge of Talkdesk
- Detailed-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated recruiting success in distribution, retail and/or warehousing
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around
- Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department
- This position may require occasional travel
- This is a hybrid role is based out of TireHub's headquarters in Dunwoody, GA
