Job Summary

The Regional Recruiting Director will lead the recruitment efforts within an established geographic region, reporting to the North American Director of Recruiting. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, focusing on recruitment results and partnership with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of recruiters, providing supervision, leadership, and onboarding.
  • Partner with operational and business group leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies and align recruitment resources with business needs.
  • Conduct routine in-person meetings and monthly check-ins to provide recruitment metrics.
  • Prioritize top roles within the region and ensure recruiters are maximizing tools and sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and train recruiters on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Assess and balance recruiter workloads, working with other Regional Recruiting Directors and the North American Director of Recruiting.
  • Partner with the business to drive effective university relationships with top universities in the region.
  • Establish a team atmosphere among the recruitment team and conduct routine regional team catch-up meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports.
  • Ensure recruiting metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance within the team are met.
  • Champion diversity recruitment efforts and partner with dedicated diversity resources to drive hiring results.
  • Operate a full recruitment desk with dedicated internal customers.
  • Conduct presentations to recruiters and hiring managers within the region regarding talent acquisition strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the region.
  • Previous experience leading recruiters as a supervisor or mentor.
  • Expert-level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation).
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • AEC industry experience.
  • Resides or willing to relocate to the defined region.
