Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve designated hiring goals while consistently assessing team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure precise tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics, utilizing insights to refine processes—this is a critical aspect of the role.
  • Monitor metrics such as show rates, offer conversion rates, weekly offer targets, rejection rates, and additional relevant data.
  • Engage actively in recruitment activities, providing support to recruiters during interviews and events.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility in daily operations.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aimed at enhancing candidate quality and building a robust pipeline for high-volume recruitment.
  • Maintain full compliance with recruitment processes and applicable federal/state regulations.
  • Oversee team performance while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Encourage a collaborative team culture, recognizing team members to boost morale and engagement.
  • Assist with various recruitment projects and initiatives to support the team.
  • Collaborate closely with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Keep primary and secondary data on market wage analysis and talent pipeline movements.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment, particularly within the Atlanta job market.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with innovative Talent Acquisition tools and generative AI is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in-office five days a week.
