About the Role
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing teams, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and team management.
- Development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Management of budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control and maximizing revenue.
- Leadership and development of cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivation of relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Business Development Director at Texas Roadhouse, you must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
What We Offer:

- An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
