Spectrum Business Sales Team

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our Business Sales team at Spectrum. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and communicating our current marketing campaigns and promotions to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and communicate current marketing campaigns and promotions to prospective customers
  • Develop and deliver complex sales proposals to prospective customers
  • Educate customers about service offerings, billing items, product features, and the use of installed products

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals. We offer an established training program, ongoing mentorship, and long-term career growth on our team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of connectivity products and services
  • High impact communication, multi-tasking, reasoning, and tolerance for a structured work environment
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
