Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Wallace Supply LLC. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute territory plans to target key customers and prioritize sales activities.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide value-added services to customers.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Skill Set: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
