Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Environmental Engineer or Geoscientist to enhance our expanding team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTHA). This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Manager of Geo-Environmental (North America) and the Practice Area Lead for Contaminated Sites (GTHA). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, provide mentorship to junior staff, lead project management initiatives, and align with our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation projects, excess soil management, landfill monitoring, and related contaminated site activities.
- Provide senior review and Qualified Person services in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Engage actively in client relations and business development within the GTHA region.
- Prepare service proposals for both private and public sector clients; liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors.
- Mentor and supervise junior and intermediate scientists and engineers.
- Develop technical specifications and comprehensive reports.
- Prepare submission packages for Records of Site Conditions and Environmental Compliance Approvals.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Geosciences, Geological, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in geosciences, including project management and client interaction.
- Professional designation (P.Geo or P.Eng) in good standing in Ontario or nationally.
- Proven track record in crafting successful proposals and executing projects.
- Familiarity with provincial regulations, protocols, and industry standards.
