Visual Lease is in search of a highly skilled and accomplished Sales Executive, proficient in securing new business opportunities and recognized as a top performer in Enterprise Sales.

This role requires a background in selling financial software solutions, including ERP systems, reconciliation tools, and financial planning applications, targeting the Office of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic enterprise sales to new clients, including some of the largest corporations globally, while collaborating effectively with internal teams to surpass set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales objectives by positioning Visual Lease as a premier provider in our sector, delivering distinctive, value-added solutions and services.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets and recurring revenue goals.
  • Generate demand by identifying business challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Identify potential clients, cultivate interest, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage efficient sales cycles.
  • Conduct insightful, consultative discovery sessions with prospects to evaluate their needs, identify key stakeholders, and understand their operational processes and existing technology.
  • Utilize various resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to effectively reach and identify potential clients.
  • Engage in strategic, executive-level selling through a consultative approach.
  • Sell to multiple tiers of decision-makers within large, high-potential accounts.
  • Comprehend market dynamics and the challenges faced by prospects, mapping out key decision-makers and recognizing their financial and operational hurdles while demonstrating how our solutions provide value.
  • Accurately manage the sales pipeline and communicate forecasting expectations to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, partners, and other internal teams.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Visual Lease products and solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction levels.
  • Lead strategic sales cycles, coordinating internal resources and team members to successfully secure new opportunities.
  • Engage in sales opportunities with a commitment to ethical deal-making and adherence to process expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of comprehensive sales experience, with at least 3 years in software sales.
  • Experience in selling within the FinTech sector and to the Office of Finance is essential.
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas with enterprise-level deals.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to clients.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Strong presentation skills with a history of successful sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales success, including building executive relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and managing multi-site accounts.
  • Excellent listening skills and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including market strategy and customer requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Experience with RFI and RFP processes, particularly with large organizations.
  • Consistently maintain high levels of sales activity independently.
  • Ability to represent Visual Lease positively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leveraging existing relationships to facilitate sales is advantageous.
