Visual Lease is in search of a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in acquiring new clients. This role is pivotal for those who excel in Enterprise Sales and have a background in selling financial software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in the market, delivering unique and value-added solutions.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets and recurring revenue goals.
  • Generate demand by identifying business challenges and aligning them with our offerings.
  • Identify potential clients, stimulate interest, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage effective sales cycles.
  • Conduct insightful, consultative meetings with prospects to evaluate their needs and existing systems.
  • Utilize various resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to effectively reach and identify prospects.
  • Engage in strategic selling at the executive level.
  • Sell to multiple decision-makers within large, high-potential accounts.
  • Understand market dynamics and the challenges faced by prospects, mapping key decision-makers and identifying their financial and operational hurdles.
  • Accurately manage the sales pipeline and communicate forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visual Lease products and solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic sales cycles, coordinating internal resources to secure new opportunities.
  • Commit to developing deals ethically and reinforcing process expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in software sales.
  • Experience in FinTech and selling to the Office of Finance is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas with enterprise-level deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to clients.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Strong presentation skills with a proven sales record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships and manage multi-site accounts.
  • Excellent listening skills and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including market strategy and customer success factors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and presentation development.
  • Experience with RFI and RFP processes, particularly with large organizations.
  • Ability to maintain high sales activity levels independently.
  • Ability to represent Visual Lease effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Leveraging existing relationships to facilitate sales is advantageous.
