Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a motivated individual who demonstrates:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Extensive customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications

As a vital member of our logistics team, you will provide essential customer service support to our clients in the food sector across Canada. We offer a thorough training program designed to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary objective as a Client Support Specialist will be to ensure cost-effective routing. Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate drivers and vehicles for routine and urgent service requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, schedules, and services
  • Follow up with clients requiring additional information or assistance, ensuring their needs are met

The most successful client support specialists are organized and detail-oriented, capable of devising complex dispatch plans efficiently. Qualifications:

The following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Experience in scheduling, routing, and dispatching is highly preferred
  • Proficient in computer navigation and typing skills
