KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate innovative packaging ideas through thorough research, understanding of consumer trends, and evaluation of both online and retail markets.
  • Work alongside seasoned packaging designers, engineers, and copywriters to enhance and streamline the packaging design process.
  • Articulate concepts both verbally and through preliminary sketches; create mood boards, design logos, and layout graphics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and support fellow designers in project development and design communication.
  • Effectively convey product strategies and features through inventive package design and copy.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional creative thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibited growth mindset: a willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and pursue continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer product packaging design, particularly in accessories and/or tech accessories.
  • Must be available to work in-office Monday through Friday.
