Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role based in our San Diego or El Segundo office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries from financial advisors and coordinate responses regarding advisory platforms, supported advisory programs, and advisory accounts by collaborating with internal teams to expedite issue resolution and enhance the advisory platform experience.
- Provide training to new team members on MAA Operations Support procedures and maintain availability as a resource for other associates.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and track multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate clear communication and data transfer among financial advisors, internal team members, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
- Engage with advisors in a consultative role to support the adoption and utilization of advisory platforms, partnering with internal groups and advisory product sponsors to drive business opportunities.
- Contribute to the generation of ideas and strategies that reinforce the advisory platform's value proposition, highlighting our strengths and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.
- Participate in projects focused on enhancing advisory platforms, introducing new functionalities, and improving systems and processes.
- Recommend policies and system controls to ensure effective management and reporting of all My Advice Architect initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- License/Registration requirements: Series 7 and 66.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in client servicing and/or account management.
- Familiarity with investment portfolio administration tools, systems, and processes.
- Master's degree or other relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of internal Cetera Financial Group systems.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000, accompanied by a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are tailored based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may vary in different locations due to labor cost considerations.
