About the Role

Position Title: Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Role Objective: The Clinical Nutrition Specialist will contribute nutritional expertise to clinical research focused on the benefits of plant-based diets.

Research Team Overview: Our clinical research team is dedicated to establishing the efficacy of plant-based diets through meticulously planned studies and analyses. Our research not only garners media attention but also influences health policies and public dietary habits, aiming for a significant reduction in the consumption of harmful products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutrition education sessions for research participants.
  • Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
  • Support participant assessments, especially in diet record analysis.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Required Physical Abilities: Office work combined with the ability to perform clinical assessments.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time exempt position requiring over 40 hours per week. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning and evening commitments.

Position Level: Flexible based on experience, with potential classifications as Coordinator or Specialist.

Salary: Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and skills, with specific ranges for Coordinator and Specialist levels.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in nutrition or public health is preferred.

Credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of three years as a dietitian is required.

Additional Qualities: Experience with plant-based diets is essential.
