About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Consultant to join our team as a Principal Investigator and Research Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research and evaluation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex studies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of research and evaluation studies for the Department of State (DOS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG)
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to research teams, ensuring high-quality research and evaluation products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DOS and OIG officials
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and impact of our research and evaluation products
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement research and evaluation strategies that meet the needs of our clients

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public policy, or international relations
  • At least 8 years of experience in research and evaluation, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex studies
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality research and evaluation products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Active SECRET clearance, with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance
