About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the coronary therapies market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their annual sales objectives
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential
  • Negotiate contracts with external customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 4-year degree with a minimum of 7 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual
