Regional Studio Manager

[solidcore] is seeking a dedicated Regional Studio Manager who is passionate about team development and the promotion of the [solidcore] brand and fitness regimen. This pivotal role focuses on leadership and relationship-building within the community, embodying the essence of the [solidcore] culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing class schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Assuming operational and financial accountability for several studios within a designated region.
- Achieving revenue and sales objectives while attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Studios to execute daily operations and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conducting regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics, including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
- Creating local marketing initiatives to enhance traffic and surpass studio-specific targets.
- Building relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners.
- Acting as a studio coach, maintaining a commitment to teaching a minimum of 6 classes weekly.
- Ensuring effective and timely communication with clients.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Head Coach-Community Managers.
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected workload of 40 hours per week (including coaching responsibilities).
- Experience in multi-unit management (3-5 years preferred).
- Background in people management within high-end fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors (3-5 years preferred).
- Experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or professional athletic training (2 years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
