Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead negotiation of agreements with physicians and hospitals to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess and mitigate risks to the business, ensuring safe daily operations and contract adherence.
  • Monitor and improve practice performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and approve business development models to drive growth and profitability.
  • Work with Clinical services and Specialty Medical Officers to drive safety and quality initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management and analysis, including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to negotiate and build relationships with physicians, hospital partners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to logically evaluate situations and arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to find collaborative and positive outcomes.
  • High degree of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, energy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
