Lead Front Office Operations at The Inn at Little Washington

Since 1978, The Inn at Little Washington has been a renowned luxury hotel and restaurant. We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to lead our daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and concierge services.
  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Hotel Operations to achieve business objectives and maintain Forbes Standards.
  • Monitor and control front office expenses, ensuring budget compliance and optimal resource allocation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve front office operations and guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star luxury property.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Resortsuite/Tock software.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
