We are seeking dedicated individuals to excel as Front Desk Agents, delivering an unparalleled Five-Star, Five Diamond experience to our esteemed guests. Our high standards create an invigorating environment where teamwork and excellence thrive. This role encompasses a unique blend of responsibilities, serving both hotel guests and restaurant patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a welcoming ambassador for our establishment, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to meet the expectations of a luxury property.
- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, dining room seating, and handling guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams to monitor room availability and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain a pristine environment in the lobby and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- After training, acquire a comprehensive understanding of our property, its history, and the services we offer.
- Adhere to all sanitization and health protocols.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old and present a polished appearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with luxury service standards.
- Ability to converse in a second language, preferably Spanish or French.
- Certifications in alcohol awareness and CPR.
- Experience with hospitality management software.
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in processing various payment methods.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs.
- Capability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent engagement in physical activities such as reaching, bending, and lifting.
