POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering a Five-Star, Five Diamond experience to our guests. This position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence. You will be trained and supported in your role, but we expect you to bring enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute positively to our environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a key representative for The Inn, engaging with guests both in the hotel and dining areas.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills and meet the high standards expected at a luxury property.
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, seating arrangements, and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure room availability and address any issues.
  • Work closely with dining and culinary teams to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by monitoring public areas and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Inn's history and services, assisting guests with inquiries about the property and surrounding attractions.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages, preferably Spanish or French.
  • Certifications in alcohol service and CPR.
  • Experience with hospitality management software.
SKILLS:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competence in processing various payment methods.
  • Willingness to assist in multiple departments as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Capacity to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent need for physical activities such as reaching, bending, and lifting.
