Position Overview:
The Front Desk Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all guests receive a Five-Star, Five-Diamond experience. This position encompasses the management of daily Front Office operations and the valet area, guaranteeing a luxurious atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Front Office and ensure seamless collaboration between the Front Office and Dining Room teams.
  • Act as a primary representative of The Inn, engaging with guests both staying overnight and dining in our renowned restaurant.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and provide outstanding guest service that aligns with our luxury standards.
  • Manage front office duties, including guest check-ins/outs, seating arrangements, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in supervising daily operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain financial accountability within the Front Office department, including budget management and supply tracking.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all guest requests are met.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring they feel at home.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office Management role.
  • Experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age and present a professional appearance.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages.
  • Certifications in relevant hospitality programs.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to assist guests with inquiries about the property and local attractions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
