This position requires a blend of enthusiasm and professionalism, as you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our renowned establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary representative for our establishment, engaging with guests who are staying in our luxurious suites or dining in our acclaimed restaurant.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills to meet the high standards expected at a prestigious property.
- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, seating arrangements in dining areas, and handling telephone inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to monitor room availability and address any guest concerns.
- Work closely with culinary and dining staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay vigilant in monitoring public areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our establishment’s history and offerings to assist guests effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, ensuring a sanitized environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old and present a polished appearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with luxury service standards.
- Ability to converse in additional languages, particularly Spanish or French.
- Certifications in hospitality-related programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
