Transformative Accounting Services for Non-Profit Organizations

Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, is a national leader in providing outsourced accounting services to non-profit organizations. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Controller to join our team and guide our clients in achieving their mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Transform non-profit client financial departments to meet their mission
  • Prepare financial reports for management and Board decision-making
  • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures
  • Manage transactional activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting
  • Perform analysis and data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage grant allocations and funder reporting
  • Prepare for and manage annual audits
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about working in or supporting non-profit organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with multiple GL packages, including QuickBooks
  • Non-profit accounting experience is a plus
