Job Overview

Valentis Group, Inc. is a leading security firm that provides comprehensive security services to various clients. We are seeking a Part-time Concierge to join our team in the Washington, DC area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of customer service experience and be able to handle multiple assignments and write effective reports.

  • Operate a telephone switchboard to answer and screen calls, providing information and scheduling appointments.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to specific destinations.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
  • Transmit information and documents to customers using various methods.
  • Resolve complaints from the public and maintain records.
  • Provide information about the establishment and its services.
  • Collect and distribute mail and messages.
  • Analyze data to answer questions from visitors.
  • Keep a record of staff members, clients, and residents' whereabouts and availability.
  • Schedule space and equipment for special programs.
