Global Sales Assistant

Contribute to the Economic and Social Impact of Washington, DC
Destination DC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Sales Assistant to support the Convention Sales & Services team in promoting and selling Washington, DC as a destination for meetings and events of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Convention Sales and Services and Director of Global Sales.
- Coordinate hotel and venue site visits for global sales clients.
- Process expense reports and track team budget usage.
- Input contacts and leads into Simpleview CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of global business, sales, or marketing experience.
- Prior experience handling expense reports, invoicing, and budget maintenance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Cvent, database/CRM software, and ability to learn new software programs as directed.
